We strive to process and ship your order within 48 business hours. All orders are shipped through Canada Post from Dieppe, New Brunswick.

What are my shipping options?

Canada:

Regular ParcelTM
  • Free shipping* for orders of $100 or more before taxes;
  • Shipping fee of $14.95* for orders less than $99.99 before taxes;
  • Delivery time is estimated from 2 to 9 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location in Canada.
XpresspostTM
  • Shipping fee of $25.00* per order;
  • Delivery time is estimated between 1 to 2 business days from date of shipping, depending on your location in Canada.
United States/International

  • Please give us a call at 1.844.389.8777 to place your order and we will gladly estimate your shipping charges. International clients are responsible for any other applicable fees, including duties and taxes.
* Exception: All orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories are subject to an additional shipping charge of $12 due to the increase in transportation costs.


Additional information

Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?

Yes, Canada Post allows us to ship to P.O. Boxes.


Can I order online and pick it up in the store?

Yes, and there won't be any shipping charges.


What do I do if my package is lost?

Prices:

The prices indicated are in Canadian dollars.


Product taxes

HST will be applied to purchases made by residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island. All other Canadian provinces are subject to the GST. Orders from residents outside of Canada will be tax exempt.


Custom duties

The client is responsible, upon delivery of the package, for any additional fees including duties.


Confirmation

A confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your order. Upon shipment, you will receive a second email with details regarding your tracking number along with a link to follow-up on the delivery status of your order.
