Return Policy

Client satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return the item for an exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery or within 15 days of your purchase in the store. Item(s) must be accompanied by your original receipt. Figurra will replace a defective product or may exchange it for a different product. Please note that the product container must contain at least 80% of its original content.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All products returned must have an RMA number;

The RMA number is valid for 30 days;

FAQ

If I return an item, will I be refunded for the shipping and handling fees?

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are refundable only if the item is determined to be defective.

If my purchase included a free gift and I want to return the item purchased, do I have to return the gift too?

If the purchase included a free gift, it must also be returned in order to qualify for a refund (free samples not included);

All products, defective and non-defective, must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packaging material and with any other item or accessory provided by Figurra.

Can I return a gift?

A gift return will result in a Boutique Figurra Credit which can be used towards future purchases.

Can I return only one item of a bundle?

A separate item of a bundle can be returned but you will be credited the value of the item as per the price in the bundle.

If I lose my original receipt?

The refund will be a Boutique Figurra Credit.

If I paid with a gift card, can I be refunded on my credit card?

The refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of the date of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse your purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Note Boutique Figurra utilizes the services of Shopify and Moneris to complete the purchasing process of your transaction online. These two companies also store your Personal Information and you are encouraged to refer to their Policies to this effect.

Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.

Personal Information will be protected by security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information from any loss or unauthorized use, access or disclosure.

8. Access for our Customer
